Logistics

The central warehouse is controlled by our business establishment in Drachten. Twice a week, the member companies have their products delivered. This makes the inventory at the companies remain low while they still have excellent purchasing conditions. Also from its headquarter, business is conducted with the suppliers for the unprinted or printed neutral products.

Through the central warehouse it is also possible to cross-docking purchase needs for companies and our suppliers or deliver efficiently. Local Suppliers can also deliver directly to the companies. Gildepak chooses the solution that is best for the member.

Import

From the office in Drachten (Friesland) contacts are maintained with our suppliers for both printed and unprinted products or neutral printed products. The member companies send their orders and everything is controlled from our office, the participating company will receive the products and not have to worry about the production and import administration. It cooperates with many producers located throughout the world.

Products

Gildepak companies sell a particularly wide range of packaging materials. Many products are plain but an important part is printed neutral or just printed with the information of a customer, the best advertising can be made by the end user.

The wide range of products consists of a total of more than 16,000 different products. Gildepak companies provide packaging solutions for butchers, specialty fish shops, bakeries, cheese specialists, etc. But also non-food packaging, for example, stores or industrial plants are supplied every day. In addition to packaging , hygiene products (eg. Toilet paper, cleaning rollers) and HACCP equipment (such as gloves, aprons) are provided.

Quantore 20th member of Gildepak!

As of October 1, 2022, Gildepak can welcome a new member: after several years of pleasant cooperation, Quantore will officially become a member of the purchasing association as of October! For over 100 years, Quantore has been a reliable organization in the world of office and facility supplies. With almost 400 members and approximately 1,600 sales points, Quantore is market leader in office supplies in the Netherlands and Belgium. Quantore is Gildepak’s 20th member and offers many opportunities for joint purchasing.

With the new membership of Quantore, Gildepak has taken the cooperation between the cooperatives to a higher level. With Quantore’s membership, Gildepak is realizing further growth in the scope of purchasing packaging and shipping materials, hygienic paper and disposables. Last August, Gildepak welcomed its 19th member, Adveo Belgium NV. Another well-known player with a wide range of office and facility supplies. Gildepak welcomes Quantore!

Adveo distributes products ranging from traditional office supplies to facility items. The Adveo group is present in France and Benelux. Across these locations, Adveo serves more than 10,000 customers.
